That's great news MCG, last thing you need is to have boiler issues in the cold weather. Housing associations are usually on the ball with these things aren't they?
There is a lot to be said for being part of a group, and the support and friendship that is gained from this.

Actually, deep down I've known for a few years I would soon need a new boiler. Repair engineers kept visiting my property over and over again because my boiler wouldn't work. When it broke down and leaked water a few weeks ago, that was the straw that broke the donkey's back.
My housing association don't really have a choice: the next tenant would also have had to report a broken down boiler.
Today I stripped and remade my bed. I put on a load of laundry. I took out the rubbish & recycling and keep on top of the washing up. I also re-organized my wardrobe.
I had a day like that yesterday, felt great to freshen up the bedrooms, nothing like clean sheets
My bedsheets feel horrible after a dew days: I hate it because it means I have to clean my bedsheets two to three times a week. It costs money to run my washing machine.

Anyhow, it is as it is.
I've cleaned my bedsheets again today. I also cleaned my bathroom: it had to be done. I cleaned my kitchen yesterday morning too, so it's all hygiene.

1. Cleaned my bathroom 2. Cleaned my kitchen 3. Wiped down surfaces free of dust 4. Washed a load of laundry 5. Keep on top of the washing up 6. Am airing out my apartment 7. Took out the recycling: to save the planet 8. Watered my plants and flowers
I still have work to do in my apartment but these are what I've done so far today.
You've done a great job You do a lot of cleaning, bed sheets 3 times a week? wow.. I do mine every 10 days, is that bad? I turn the pillows over every couple of days though and I have 4, so always pretty fresh on my face

It takes a LOT of hard work to keep an apartment at a high standard. You can't just do a quick wipeover with a cloth: you have to move everything, use a hygienic cloth and lots of soap. Cleaning isn't quick and does take patience.

Any of you guys doing some spring-cleaning? Like cleaning inside your cupboards and sorting your freezers/fridge? Tidying of any other sort? Like your coat cupboard? Your shoe collection? Your handbags?
I do these all the time: throughout the year. I like to keep organized. Because there is mischief where you can't see.
