What a nice way to start the day, reading some poetry. Never thought I would say that!
MCG I have read , Skin, What makes me happy and the Christmas one. I really liked them
Took a look at Chris Kinsey link VW, and enjoyed the poem about Wimberries and saw that she has done a lot of poems about countryside, that evoked some memories.
There is a lot to be said for being part of a group, and the support and friendship that is gained from this.

Hehe the Wimberry one reminded me of something mum told me years ago. When she was young, and during the war, they lived on a farm, here in the welsh hills, so had evacuees staying. One of them was a girl a little older and more worldly than mum. She bullied mum a bit. Mum took her up onto the tops to pick wimberries. The girl filled her container much quicker than mum, and said she'd also been eating them along the way. What she picked weren't wimberries.......but rabbit droppings.......

Good one MCG - One of my brothers absolutely loved watching the old classic horror movies (which look very tame compared to todays standards) Dracula, Frankenstein, etc but would always end up hiding his eyes from the frightening bits and he still does I got him a calender which had all the old classic horror movie posters for each month, great old school art work.

Every time I watch "Hellraiser" I hide behind a pillow and scream: yes, really!
Still, "Hellraiser" is a good film. I also like "Soul Survivors": one of my favourites.
