Good morning girls 
we are having our morning cuppa early today as OH wants to have a full DIY day in one of the bedrooms...and he always makes lots of noise whatever the task is 
. For the first time ever, I have ordered wallpaper without seeing it first...it arrived yesterday and is very pretty and the colour is as I had hoped. It is very simple, nothing flash 
an all over pattern of honesty leaves, very pale greens and greys on an off white background, very calming for a bedroom...hopefully!!
We have been in the house since October, the ground floor was previously a tearoom, so there was lots of remodelling to do...fortunately OH is able to do a lot of it himself, with the help of Youtube, he really enjoys it and is very thorough...and it keeps him busy during lockdown
...which is a wonderful thing!
The house is a Georgian terrace town house grade II listed, therefore we had to get permission for converting the tea rooms back into residential accommodation. It was worth doing though, it is a beautiful house with most of the original features. still intact. It had been empty for over 5 years and needs much tlc, but it is just so rewarding putting the dignity and soul back into it
Daughter and I will keep out the way, making sure OH has a supply of coffee and chocolate hob nobs at hand. Daughter will be working on a commission she has for designing a web site for a small company, I will be pottering around getting some order back into the house now that I can mostly operate without a sling...still won't be doing the hokey cokey for a while though
We have had a lot of snowfall again which has settled and looks very pretty...don't intend going out in it though.
What will you girls be up to today? Whatever it is, I hope it is a good day for all of us.
