Around where I live, daffodils are out in abundance. They are so uplifting to see and promise that winter is over, well almost! I have been thinking of William Wordsworth and his poem, I wandered lonely as a cloud, it comes to mind every year.
Oh, LLCC : "daffodils" always bring to my mind Wordsworth poem, and pictures of Cambridge riverbank.
When I had a house and a garden, I had a collection of daffodils, yellow, white and yellow ...that would bloom year after year, announcing Spring. And I miss them.

I loved my grandmother's garden: there was such an abundance of colour and different types of plants and flowers. I miss that garden everyday: but it is impossible to go back in time. And it is in a foreign country where the house has since been sold. I was there, but all I now have are memories.
