So much of it - started yesterday morning - fine dry flakes on dry cold ground, so it stuck, and now there's this! Still snowing heavily. And while it looks so pretty, it is stopping me getting to my first craft fair of the year on Saturday. grrr
Snow here too, all day yesterday, settled overnight, still snowing but it’s thawing now and there’s sopping wet slush on the patio, I haven’t got snow on my outdoor furniture though, still got my parasol up 🤦♀️
We might have thunderstorms later, I’m fascinated by snow thunder.
What a shame VW. I hope it melts enough for you to get to the fair. We had snow this morning in Cheshire but it didn’t stick and has nearly all gone now. More forecast this evening but rain too.
Wow, unlucky for you girls, looks very pretty VW and would have loved it Dec time. Must be one of the luckiest areas as we haven't had any, hope it stays that way, since I'm the one who now has to do all the driving.
There is a lot to be said for being part of a group, and the support and friendship that is gained from this.
More of the white stuff today, it’s settled on the fields and garden, looks so pretty, I don’t know how you missed out B, but it’s a pain for most of us, such chaos on the roads 🙁
Shame you are missing your craft fair VW, it’s hit your area badly.
The snow didn’t hang about here as it was gone by last night. A shame for the kids but as adults quite the opposite. Have you still got it where you live?

It's melted now, it's just on high ground, hills, mountains etc.
"I am doing the best I can with what I have in this moment; and that is all I can expect of anyone including me"
It did look pretty VW, but extremely annoying for your plans, although did it stick ? where you able to get to your craft fayre if it wasn't cancelled.
Our YS was supposed to be having a tooth extracted on the Friday morning, but the snow cancelled it for the third time! We never have snow as we are low lying and close to the river but when I looked out of the window that morning, I knew we were in for disruption. My grandsons nursery was closed again ! so he trundled over to us.
