I do most of my chores in the morning and feel that if I haven't achieved alot by 1.00pm then the day is lost
I wouldn't dream of going food shopping in the afternoon. If I don't go first thing, then I will leave it to the next available day.
I drink various drinks from specific cups. I eat off certain plates. I have a tray for eating my meals when we have a lazy night and OH has his. I couldn't think of eating off his tray !!
Does anyone else have habits that are too hard to break ?
Good you have a routine that gives you control in your life
Wake-up .Put coffee on , take a shower & do make up, get dressed .Drink coffee and have something to eat .Got to work usually in a taxi .Some superficial socializing with fellow tenants in the lobby .
Come home from work usually in another taxi . Change from work clothes ( a dress or skirt ) into a Tee & running shorts or cut offs .Merlot & a microwave dinner . Check the computer & watch tv .
Sometimes it all gets so exciting worry I will burst into flames !!!!!
I have certain cups/mugs for drinks, I couldn't drink tea out of a pottery mug, it has to be a china cup, likewise coffee has to be a mug. I have my own wine glass that OH is not allowed to use. Around 4 o clock each day I have to disappear to my private space, unless we have guests. Whatever I am doing has to stop, I try to make it earlier if I can get away with it
I am dedicated to routine: I will make my coffee the same every morning. I will shower every day. I have my set cleaning days. I have the order of crockery in my apartment. I keep my medication super-organized. I am very strict with myself and my routine. If I don't follow a routine I become upset and feel disturbed.
